- 27% to Apex, Cary, Fuquay-Varina, Garner, Holly Springs, Knightdale, Raleigh, Morrisville, Rolesville, Wake Forest, Wendell and Zebulon in proportion to ad valorem taxes to whole
- Remainder to Wake County General Fund of which $100,000 may be spent for water and sewer lines and manufacturing advantages of the area
